Channel Manager – Customer Engagement

We have worked with this British Plc on many occasions over a 10 year period, recruiting the current Sales Director and 5 of the UK sales team plus many other roles in Pre Sales, Marketing, Software Engineering and Project Management.  They are a leading provider of Contact Centre, Customer Interaction and Customer Engagement solutions.  For this role we focused on finding a candidate with an unusual mix of skills to include direct and channel sales, product expertise and ‘overlay’ skills to focus on the company’s latest mid-market Omni-Channel product for Live Help, Web Chat, Instant Call-Back, Knowledge Base, Social Media, Full Workflow and Email Management.
