Salary range:    £45k-£55k, OTE £85,000 – £100,000 plus £6000 pa Car Allowance

Our client is an innovative International software house, revenues c. £20m in ARR all delivered via a SaaS model.   They have tripled in employee size in last 5 years and plan a net 20% staff increase in the UK this summer. The UK sales team is well established with a VP Sales leading 4 teams including enterprise new business sales, enterprise strategic accounts, SME account management, and a tele-marketing / lead development team.  In addition they have a Customer Success team and a strong UK Marketing function with 6 staff growing to 9 in the next few months to support international growth. The 2018 FY closed in June and saw record revenue levels and record new logo signings in the year.

It’s all delivered in a SaaS model. and as an Account Manager you will be closing deals with existing clients in the range £40,000 – £150,000 TCV for SaaS ARR and professional services.  

What we are looking for:

  • This is a Field based sales role responsible for Account development, cross and up-selling.  Experience of a similar role (field based or desk based and looking to evolve) is required
  • Track record and Evidence of deals done and performance achievement
  • SaaS model application sales
  • CRM, CX, Customer Engagement, Customer Interaction, Feedback and Response Management apps sold via a SaaS model
  • An ‘application solution’ sales approach with a complex sales cycle, multiple stake holders and influencers across a business and not just IT etc.
  • Comfortable with a Target of c. £500k ARR

National remit, home working status.  You will be based in the South East, Home Counties or London
