Senior Sales Executive – Call Centre, IVR, Self-Service, Call Recording, Speech Analytics
Remuneration: Base salary range £40,000 – £55,000 and OTE £90,000 – £100,000 plus CA.   
Sectors:   Software applications and Professional Services in the Call Centre, IVR, Self-Service, Call Recording, Speech Analytics, Customer Interaction solutions areas with tech platforms including Avaya and Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business)
Location:    Warwickshire HO, a national role and ‘Home’ located

Our client is a well-established international software house with several European and a USA office of total 120 staff.  In addition to their own software applications they also have a strong track record for professional services and consultancy delivery services.  They have particular strength in apps associated with Avaya Communications and Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business) sectors.  Typical applications include Contact Centres, CTI, IVR, Call Recording, Speech Analytics, Call Back Manager, Surveys, Auto Attendant, Unified Communications, Presence and IM.  Clients typically integrate their software apps into large complex solutions delivery (both CPE and Cloud / SaaS models) and in addition to the software licenses they deliver high levels of technical expertise and professional services around the Avaya and Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business) technology implementations. 

Job Profile: 

This role will report to the UK Sales Director and is responsible for heading up direct sales function for the portfolio of software and Professional Services. The client has a substantial lead base and pipeline development and are seeking an experienced sales person to capitalise on these lead opportunities.   It’s largely direct to cleints but this role could also include some new channel partner initiation where that leads to net new direct client agreements.  The core of the role is all aspects of lead generation, new client initiation and closing new business contracts as well as some management of existing run rate client base.  This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant sector experience.
