Our client is a provider of Omnichannel hosted contact centre solutions. They have a complete offering, inbound, outbound, secure payments and analytics. They have over 15 years’ experience delivering hosted contact solutions.  They have a flexible, scalable and quick to deploy solution and have been able to deliver solutions to new customers through C-19. They have a long client list of household names in both the public and private sector.

They are looking to recruit a hybrid platform development and support engineer. This person will:

  • Handle 3rd line support queries
  • Investigate fault root cause and establish fixes
  • Be a telephony expert an understand links between different areas
  • Development knowledge

Technical Requirements:

LAMP Stack, Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP experience

Samba

SQL Server / ODBC / FreeTDS

Security hardening

Contact Centre technology experience
