Account Development Representative

Salary: £40k – £50k + £40k OTE 
Location: London – Shoreditch 

Our Client is a fast growing company selling into the E-Commerce marketing offering a SaaS platform to help those retailers preform. The Client is search for an Account Development Representative with a second southern European Language eg. French, Spanish, Italian.

 

This role has a lot of room to grow with regular opportunities to demonstrate your value to key stakeholders, founders and board members. You will report directly to the VP of Sales with no unnecessary management layers. This is a lead generation role where you will calling and meeting with businesses and qualifying them as lead for Sales Executives.

 

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for marketing the company’s products and services via telephone with well qualified prospects.
  • Qualify opportunities/leads using a solution based approach, manage and overcome prospect objections by sharing and effectively conveying the value proposition.
  • Build out a robust pipeline of outbound sales opportunities for Sales Executives to tackle and ensure proper follow up
  • Nurture and maintain active engagement with new and existing opportunities through creative follow up and communications
  • Work with the marketing team to deliver targeted marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for achieving defined meetings and opportunity targets

 

Skills/experience/qualifications

  • Exposure to a sales qualification environment with around about 1-3 years of experience in Enterprise software sales
  • Fluency in at least one EU Language
  • Excellent at opportunity qualification and hot to generate pipelines of leads
  • Self-starter attitude with a proven track record of sales target achievements
  • Ability to build a trusting relationship with a potential customer
  • Comfortable with handling objections
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to work in a small team alongside the VP of sales
  • Creative and innovative with the ability to identify and develop opportunities – then handover to the sales team
  • Stable career to date and a demonstrable record of consistency delivery a structured campaign based approach
  • Resourceful, flexible, articulate, hardworking and consistent

Salary                    £40,000 – £50,000 Per Annum

OTE                        £40,000
