Our client is a 50 person systems integrator with their head office in Central London. They have office locations internationally, throughout EMEA and the US and have an international partner delivery network enabling them to deliver global solutions at the highest levels. They focus their solutions around Avaya, Verint and Cisco and then use other OEMs as required.
Delivers technical services to the business as a member of the Professional Services team within the Operations Department. As the role is a client-facing position it is expected that a professional approach and image be maintained at all times. As well as providing technical solutions, this role also includes assessing the business needs of new clients and leading the technical effort on system installations and support. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential in maintaining good customer relations.

Description of Role
This role is set at the level of Systems Engineer. It is expected that the individual would have a specialist competency in CM Enterprise, implementations & support, and basic competency in all or some of the products listed above (preferably Verint). Current Vendor technical certifications would be a distinct advantage.

⦁ To provide, as part of a team, professional services to clients.
⦁ Troubleshoot technical issues on all supported systems and related equipment
⦁ Liaise with management on all technical issues.
⦁ Technical appraisals of sales proposals
⦁ Provide support and subject matter leadership within the team
⦁ Liaise with clients on technical solutions
⦁ Lead the technical effort on projects
⦁ Deal with suppliers on technical related issues
⦁ Comply with relevant health and safety standards
⦁ Attend relevant training courses arranged by the company. Training is at the discretion of the company and is continuously reviewed to keep the skill sets current.
⦁ Assess customer requirements, carry out installations, repairs, and replacements, programming and training on system features.
⦁ To be capable of operating at the application level of engineering
⦁ To be capable of leading the technical effort on a project
⦁ Proven certifications in all or some of the product portfolio outlined in the Technology Scope section
⦁ Proven experience in all or some of the product portfolio outlined above
⦁ Basic data networking skills
