Business Development Executive

Salary:£25k – £29k + Commission £8k – £12k

Location: Reading & London

The Business Development Executive is responsible for lead generation and driving new business pipeline.
Working under the Business Development Team Manager, Lead Generation will primarily consist of generating appointments with senior Executives via multiple contact channels (calling, Linkedin & email, events) for the Sales team to attend and ultimately close new business. Campaigns will focus across multiple technology areas relating to product and partner portfolio.

As Business Development Executive you play a key role at the start of our customer’s journey and as such must be extremely target driven, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. You are adaptable and can understand how to identify business requirements, build rapport and sell consultatively.
As Business Development Executive, whilst performing consistently you are also responsible for your progression through the sales Academy, a programme whereby fulfilling your objectives set will further your development of essential core competencies and skills and lead to your progression as a solutions sales professional.
