The role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Collaboration to focus on our portfolio offerings in the Collaboration and CC sector. Your vertical sector focus will align with our areas of historical strength and where we have a substantial installed base and referral clients. These are: general Commercial clients (inc. manufacturing, legal, finance, media and property services), Health & Education (CISCO Public Sector Partner in Education (PSPP) and a MITEL (Education Partner) and the Housing sector.
Along with a demonstrable track record of sales achievement we are seeking people who have a good understanding of on-premise, hosted and hybrid solutions and strong knowledge of at least one of Cisco CUCM, Microsoft SfB or similar and experience of applications similar to Enghouse in the CC arena.
The client has a retained demand generation and telesales agency to support the sales team and hence you will effectively share all new leads and appointments generated plus have the support of a dedicated pre sales team.
Targets are also intended to be very achievable in Year 1 with expectations of £240k – £300k GP according to base and OTE figures negotiated.
Remuneration:
Base salary range £45,000 – £55,000
OTE £85,000 – £110,000
Car Allowance £6,000 pa.
Standard Health and pension schemes.
Ideal location within 90 minutes of south Berkshire.
