Channel Manager – Call Accounting and Billing

The client:

The client is an international software vendor c. $350m revenues. Within their portfolio are software and SaaS solutions for Call Accounting and Billing, Contact Centres, IVR, Quality Monitoring, Workforce Management, Knowledge Management, Dialler, Speech Analytics and Operator Attendant Console.

Role profile:  

We are seeking a Channel Manager to be responsible for the highly successful and well established call accounting and billing software, via existing sales channels and also directly to selected end customers.

Reporting to the UK Sales Director you are responsible for sales booking targets and growing our market share with channel partners, winning new logo business and cross sell to existing end users.


Base salary in the region £40,000 – £50,000 (negotiable on relevant sector experience*** ) plus a generous commission scheme and car allowance plus a range of enterprise employer benefits. 

Home located based anywhere in the UK
