Channel Sales Director, EMEA
London Office, Salary: c.£95,000 + Car Allowance + £70,000 OTE
Exciting SaaS solutions provider in the contact centre area. Grown out of a previously well-established software house parent, now trading independently with HO in the UK, regional offices in the USA and with a growing channel partner community and client base across Europe.

They are seeking a Channel Sales Director for EMEA. The role is focused on expansion of core business into both the UK and mainland Europe, with the wider Middle East and Africa to follow.

You will be responsible for managing the existing sales team, currently selling directly to strategic accounts, and recruiting and expanding the channel partner network through EMEA.

You must have experience of managing a team
, and be a passionate sales leader with experience seeling enterprise software in a cloud (SaasS). Some experience in the customer experience, contact centre, or customer interaction marketplace is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the EMEA sales team.
  • Define partner strategy for EMEA, recruit and manage new and existing partners
  • Follow company sales process and ensure consultative approach is implemented
  • Build a new business pipeline from the channel
  • Develop and nuture exising (direct) accounts

You should bring:
Experience of working in the contact centre / customer interaction marketplace, ideally in a cloud provider (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, 8×8, NewVoiceMedia, Puzzel, Eckoh etc.)
