In 2016 revenue increased by a record 40% and we expanded the workforce by 24% located in 15 offices internationally


We are now expanding the UK Sales team and looking to recruit a channel sales / overlay sales / sales specialist with a demonstrable track record of success in the Workforce Management / Workforce Optimisation space.    You will be working hand in hand on a daily basis with our channel community, helping them to qualify client projects, define requirements and the business need, to shape our propositions and proposals, demonstrate and present us and our solutions and shape the formal sales campaign paperwork and formal responses etc.


You will need to have a good track record of sales achievement to include both direct and channel sales

Be recognised as highly knowledgeable of the Contact Centre operations environment and how Workforce Management solutions deliver value to customers


Officially Home located in the UK, national remit and with a small team in the UK spread across the country.
