Key elements of the role as performed by the recent job holder:
1) package up a corporate campaign every quarter – it could be say on how we work with Microsoft. It would have artefacts like a 2 side brochure a webpage maybe a case study and the holder would normally run a webinar with a publication to drive traffic towards the content she had created.
2) create PowerPoints and sales materials that would be used in the marketing engine and by our sales teams
3) was also quite good on salesforce.com managing and manipulating data
4) would be involved in new product launches or packaging up of new go to market packages.
So we need someone who has strong full mix marketing skills but has a leaning towards creativity. It sounds easy but it’s a lot more than just organising an event and sending an email out – someone who has that creative eye to brief an agency and get some imagery and concepts back that are eye catching and then turn that into a story or package that can be taken to market is quite a skill
