Salary: £50-70,000 + double OTE
Location: Home located, London offices

Responsibility and Authority:

This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering 100% net new logo revenue from across UK&I market.  This is a pure hunter role with an expectation of 40% self-generated and 60% marketing generated leads.  The UK&I marketing function will generate both inbound and outbound BANTA qualified SQL’s, the BAM is then required to convert a high percentage of both self-generated and marketing generated leads into funnel > pipeline > revenue opportunity > closed won MRR

The BAM will hold full accountability for delivering against an individual monthly re-cooccurring revenue objective (MRR) in line with the quota objective set out by the business.  It is intended that the BAM will own and deliver against their new business objectives by adhering to key performance activity metrics outlined by the commercial business owners – UK&I Sales Director > Chief Commercial Officer > Chief Executive Officer

The Business Acquisition Manager will work directly with prospective logo’s that The client has directly targeted that we have desire to partner with. Either from an ethical match, someone who is doing something cool we would like to be part of, or in a segment The client where The client can deliver insight and value.  The Business Development Manager role reports directly into the Head of New Business Acquisition  UK&I and has responsibility for all aspects of the New logo acquisition, including…

*Ownership of MRR revenue growth in line with monthly, regional, individual budget objectives

*Pipeline development > management > hygiene

*Weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting via CRM into UKI Sales Director (+ or – 5%) accuracy

*Weekly 1-2-1 with direct line management, weekly team pipeline and forecasting calls

*Working closely with UK marketing to develop & manage territory plans for prospecting

*Win/Loss Analysis to identify trends that can be leveraged

*Ongoing competitive landscape analysis and thought leadership

*Develop both internal and external influences to increase efficiency and effectiveness

*Develop revenue generating pipeline opportunities from both in-bound and out-bound (self-sourced) *lead generation activities

*Support core marketing activities – Social, events, brand awareness, campaigns

*Understand the market environment, the business challenges faced by customers, and be able to *rationalise how The client and cloud offers a range of solutions and benefits for those business challenges

*Maintain relevant domain knowledge in order to have insightful and meaningful dialouge with prospects.

Experience:

 * Degree level education or comparable business experience

* Minimum 5 years “Business to Business” solution selling.

* Minimum 3 years’ experience within CCaaS > CX/UX > Customer Engagement based markets.

* Must have extensive experience demonstrable success in “cradle to grave” net logo acquisition roles

* Must have extensive experience in a SaaS based commercial environment

* Classical sales training/methodology i.e., MEDDIC, SCOTSMAN Challenger etc (desired)
