To become part of our QA team. We are seeking a self-motivated and technical Test Automation Engineer who knows how to write code, design automatic scenarios and scripts using verity of test automation tools in order to find failures in the software and has a strong passion for quality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, designing, executing and monitoring test automation projects around Call Center software and be capable of a test planning by assessing the features, risks and customer environments. This exciting opportunity is open to quality oriented, enthusiastic and talented software testers.
v Participate in design process to understand, analyze and influence the application/service/system to be tested.
v Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression, and develop test plans and cases, throughout the test automation scenarios.
v Be able to write code in Java or C#, in order to create the automatic scenarios based on the used code.
v Come up with more efficient ways to test features and identify the area of testing that can be automated.
v Install and configure the system accordingly.
v Execute test cases in automated fashion, capture, analyze the results, document issues, and prepare test reports.
v Write the automated test scripts and scenarios using in-house or OTS tools.
v Managing the versions of the test automation basis using CM tools.
v Use the Defect Tracking tools.
v Analyze and identify the issues found during testing, either work with the QA teams and/or the R&D teams to diagnose them
v Understand the business aspects, as well as the ways the customers are using the system; and check if the system is performing, as it should have been.

v Knowledge of programming (e.g. C#, Java etc.), scripting (Perl, Bash etc.) – must
v Minimum of 3 years of experience in Test Automation and programming – must
v Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software quality assurance role – a significant advantage
v Selenium and/or Ranorex automation test developer – a significant advantage
v IT, NETWORKING, TELEPHONY – a significant advantage
v Call Center experience – a significant advantage
v VMWare and/or Hyper-V environment knowledge and experience with – a significant advantage
v ISTQB Certification – advantage
v Relevant academic degree – advantage
v Knowledge of VOIP -advantage
v Knowledge of MSSQL server – Advantage
v Independent, out of the box thinker, self-learner
