: Is a global organisation, quoted on the NASDAQ, and has approximately $1billion in annual revenue. With almost 4,000 employees worldwide and approximately 500 in the UK & Ireland. Significant vertical sector presence in Telecommunications, Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities and Public Sector with thousands of users. 

Our client has a product suite of Robotic Process Automation tools focused on these vertical markets.  In support of the global client user base they have a consultancy and business analysis practice delivering high level projects for large enterprise organisations. The team is internationally located and expected to grow substantially in the next 12 months.

Role summary:  We are seeking an experienced line manager and team leader to: lead and manage this team, recruit, on-board and upskill new personnel, provide subject matter expertise to the team and also with senior managers and executives in your own organisation as well as dealing at Executive level within client firms, to device and lead the future direction of the practice and also to ensure delivery of the consultancy and business analysis services to clients.   

RPA -Robotic Automation Business Analysis & consultancy team manager 

This is a ‘player manager’ style role where you will be delivering the role of a senior BA with UK and International clients and also contributing team leadership and practice development capability for the team of Business Analysts and Consultants located remotely internationally.

  • Build, develop and refine the analysis and consultancy practice for Robotic Automation.
  • Team leadership a team of Automation Business Analysts.
  • Take part in maturing concepts for Centre of Excellence.
  • Conduct Business Analyst – Responsible for discovery, analysis and design of selected processes for automation.
  • Track and ensure long term value and ROI through tracking of agreed KPIs
  • Experience in Process Automation through major technology vendors / system integrators / Consultancy firms would be attractive
