Senior Sales Executive – Call Centre, IVR, Self-Service, PCI-DSS, Speech Analytics, Multi channel Customer Engagement
Remuneration: Base salary range £55,000 – £75,000 and OTEs £110,000 – £150,000 plus CA £6,000pa.  

Our client is a global provider of multi-channel customer engagement, contact centre, self-service and secure payment solutions deployed by corporate and government clients.

The client has made several successful acquisitions in the last 3 years including Internationally, new offices opened in the USA, resulting in significant international Partner and end user client announcements.  Financial performance – some great stats:   Revenues have increased from £25m pa to £35m in 2 FY years, with corresponding growth in profits and with nearly 80% recurring revenues resulting from their SaaS model offerings.  Clients across all major commercial verticals.

We are recruiting 2 x Sales professionals responsible for both acquisition of new clients and also development of several existing clients.  You will work in conjunction with the marketing team, the telemarketing / demand generation team and pre sales consultants to create new business relationships, defining business needs and developing further the GTM proposition.  Typical SaaS contracts are £150k – £750k pa on multi-year contracts with commission earned in each contract year!
Key responsibilities and deliverables

  • Develop a healthy pipeline.
  • Close new contracts with new clients and with existing accounts that deliver target income streams as per agreed targets.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure maximum exposure at trade shows, conferences and key events
  • Sales planning, forecasting and outcomes to the Management team using Sales Force

  • Proven experience selling technology based products and solutions to large and small enterprises
  • Demonstrable success in new business sales, and building revenues from existing accounts.
  • Can show success in contract negotiations and client relationship building through a contract cycle 
  • Existing knowledge of the customer engagement, customer interaction, contact centre sectors and the relevant IT & Telecommunications infrastructure.

We are aiming to recruit 2 people with a breadth of experience levels (and corresponding range of TCV targets £1m – £1.5m) so remuneration: Base salary ranges £50,000 to £75,000, with OTE £110k – £150k, + £6k Car Allowance.   Commission is uncapped and with significant accelerators.  HQ in South East with national remit.
