Sales Executives – ‘Cloud’ Contact Centre and Telephony solutions

Salary: c. £50-60,000 base, OTE to 100,000

Our client is a leading provider of ‘Cloud’ Contact Centre and Telephony solutions. They are an international company, 300 employees and established 20 years. They have a substantial CPE legacy base in Europe but in the last 5 years have completely re-focused their business model, software applications and supporting infrastructure, datacentres etc. to become a highly competitive and sophisticated provider of ‘cloud’ solutions.
In total they have 1,000+ clients for hosted, SaaS, Cloud solutions in Europe and in the UK they have been established for several years and now have 80 clients. The UK client base includes leading mid corporate and enterprise firms, call centre outsourcing companies, retail and ‘high street’ brand names.

The team is now 22 people and with ambitious plans to increase the UK firm to 30 people in 2015 including 8 sales, telemarketing, channel sales and support personnel.

We are looking to hire an experienced sales person with some relevant ‘touch points’ in areas such as Call Centres, multi-channel contact centre solutions, software applications, telephony, hosted, cloud or SaaS experience.

This is mainly a new business role with the support of a telemarketing person and pre sales consultant focused on new client acquisition on a national basis. There are several key national channel partners and so your role is a mix of new business direct sales to mid / large corporate clients and working alongside these channel partners to build new client base.
