Project Manager

Location:   Hertfordshire / London / Home Counties
Technical environment:  Agile, Scrum, Kanban
Remuneration:   Base to £65,000 + benefits

Our client is a global provider of software development tools sets, customer engagement & contact centre solutions deployed by corporate and government clients.

As a Project Manager you are responsible for delivery of solutions to corporate and government clients across all business sectors to the set budget, specification and timescales.

Leading teams of developers and software implementation personnel you will have full accountability for multiple projects managing the entire project lifecycle including; defining the project scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, task list, requirements gathering, project planning and successful execution, project accounting, invoicing and billing.

On a personal level, you will pursue excellence in all aspects of business, be highly organised and possess strong communication skills in your ability to liaise affectively with key client and internal stakeholders, across various functions and organisations.  You will be a strong relationship builder with evidence of growing successful long term business relationships and a team player supporting colleagues in achieving outstanding results for the team. 

Tracking of the relevant project metrics e.g. burn down charts, velocity reports, release planning and defect metrics.  Communicating outputs and progress to internal and external stakeholder groups at demos.  Provide internal reporting on project status and revenue tracking, facilitate the setting of technical, functional and business requirements and develop detailed project plans. 

Experience of working for a commercial software developer / application software vendor / bespoke software development company

Knowledge of Agile Software development processes would be ideal
Demonstrable experience of Agile methodologies e.g. Scrum or Kanban.
Scrum Master Certification.
