Technical Consultant Unified Comms
Location: Reading / Berkshire, commutable
Salary: £40-50,000 Base + Car allowance + Benefits
Our client is a well-established Voice, Data, Networking, Unified Communications and Contact Centre VAR and Systems Integrator with Head Office in Berkshire and offices in London and the midlands. Their 3 key technology Partnerships and focus are with Cisco, ShoreTel and Enghouse.
This role is a pre sales and post sales role working on both the design and deployment of our client’s network solutions.
The Technical Consultant would need to interface into all departments to provide:
- 2nd/3rd line Technical Support
- Consultancy to Project Managers/Engineers
- Pre-sales Consultancy to the Sales Team
- Pre-sales Consultancy to their customer base.
- Technical Training
The Technical Consultant would have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the industry, working with collaboration solutions from CISCO (mandatory), Microsoft (preferable), Enghouse, IPFX
Technical
Applicant must hold a valid Cisco CCNA, CCDP, CCNP or higher accreditation together with a demonstrable hands-on experience of the CISCO collaboration solutions.
Applicant must be able to demonstrate skills in the design and deployment of Cisco Unified Communications including IP Telephony, Presence and Messaging, Contact Centre, Video
